Characteristics:

1. One component, neutral room temperature curing, oxime type, excellent adhesion property for most building materials.

2. Form a superior durable, flexible silicone rubber seal after cured, withstand continuing repeated tensile and compression, keep excellent performance between the temperature of -50oC~+100oC.

3. Long use life, virtually unaffected by sunlight, snow, rain, ozone. Ideal material of weatherability.

4. Excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials.

5. Ease of application, Non-corrosive and low odor.

6. Specifically designed for general glazing and weatherproof sealing in curtain-wall.

Limitation:

1. The product is not used as structural sealant.

2. Not suitable for frost-laden or wet surfaces.

3. Not for permanent or continuous water immersion

4. Not suitable for confined joint(the sealant need atmospheric moisture for cure)

5. Do not use on materials that bleed grease, plasticizer or solvent, such as the surface of wood permeated-oil.

6. For better performance, not use when the substrate surface temperature below 4oC or exceed 40oC.

Storage and usable life:

It belong to Non-inflammable and non-explosive goods, as general non-dangerous goods to transport.

When stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and the temperature at or below 27oC, it has a usable life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.
